FAQs
What do I need as a coach of team sports? Need For Speed If I already have the Essentials or Foundation Course signed up, what do I need to do?
The Need For Speed Course is geared toward S&C / Fitness Coaches who focus specifically on Team Sports, while the Foundation & Essentials Courses are general courses For all Coaches. Need for Speed The first question is “What speed does team sport mean?” This definition is very different to simple track and field speed. It also explains why team sports are important, including a detailed review of motor learning and biomechanics as they relate to the chaos that is team sports. Finally, it shares how speed is developed with the team sports we consult with – using a first principles approach that all coaches can apply – regardless of their sprint expertise.
