I didn’t see him at all. He was reaching for a knife in his hand to spread the cream cheese onto his bagel, when he noticed me.

I looked around, bewildered. I was a bit confused. ME with the pink twisty rollers and the sweatshirt with bleach stains on the sleeves? (Gasp.)
“How are you?” He asks. In my direction… in my FACE even.
You could have pushed me over with your feather, my gosh! Cute Bagel Guy had been watching me for months with my high heels, pencil skirts and high heels. I was wearing hideous pink rollers, and he didn’t notice me.
Evidently, he liked me in my natural state. “here-I-am” state. This is a man Momma should bring home!
This story has a related footnote. I’ve observed that certain keywords have a tendency to be omitted over the years. (Yes, the exact same keywords that you use online). – can have the same effect on people.
With clearly attractive keyword choices, everyone is trying to get the consumer’s click. But not everyone searches for these attractive keywords.
Instead, they use keywords that are mistakenly misspelleds or typos.

You can even stand there as a traffic cop at broken stoplight waving traffic to your site if you grasp the main idea behind choosing and using these horrible keywords.
It’s not uncommon for misspellings to be mistakenly pronounced as typos. This is because they are often seen as something positive, like a ketchup stain on white shirt five minutes before a job interview at $100K per year.
That’s at least the consensus of perfect typers and spelling bee champions.

You see, typos are mechanical errors, meaning that people hit the wrong keys when they type, and usually aren’t watching the screen.

However, typos are only one part of the story. People who don’t understand how to spell the word and don’t know which keys they should hit don’t need to know.
According to the authors of Dictionary of Simplified American Spelling, “English is by far the most erratically spelled of modern languages.”
Poor spelling is often associated with limited education. Although this is true, poor spelling can also be linked to a lack of education.
Dyslexia can cause people to misunderstand the sounds of words or transpose letters.
