While in college at the University of South Carolina, 2005 was the year I attempted to work online. I signed up for an MLM and a survey site. One month later, I received refunds from both. Then I realized that working online was impossible because everything was a scam. Truth be told, I was afraid of failing again.
2011 was my first year living in the city. with My wife and I started an online business that focuses on videogame addiction to try to avoid dealing with it. with I have had other issues. After a few months I switched my business to selling shirts, as I realized that there was no money in gaming addiction. After I started my business, I quit my University of South Florida criminology PhD program to work full-time in my business. By then, my focus had changed to helping clients. with Facebook and Google Ads based on my own failures to make them successful for myself.
2013 was a year that I started sharing all I knew on YouTube in the hope of gaining more clients. After failing in 15+ business models, I was almost bankrupt by April 2014. I nearly died trying to stop the pain. Fortunately, the fear of death drove me to recovery. My journey to recovery inspired me to be more focused on my service and less on the benefits I would receive. I studied online making courses with Udemy was my first business. I was a partner with I sought out as many skilled instructors as possible and learned from the best how to make my courses sell.
In 2015, I made some videos that shared my recovery journey and received an incredible response from YouTube. I made the videos while playing video games to make the background more interesting. I hired a freelancer who converted the videos into blog posts, including this page.
