First, let me say that I am Kyle. I’m originally from California (Sacramento > San Diego > Los Angeles), but…

Today, I reside in Prague, Czech Republic, which is a country in Central Europe.

I was able to build my websites that made me money, and continue to live. ….

Before that, I was an engineer in computer hardware – and one that was well-paid. I was young and had a lot of money. I also had a nice apartment and a car.

… I hated everything about my life.

Do you remember what your day looked like as a computer engineer?

Actually, it was only one block from Santa Monica Beach, California. I was able to walk to work and make good money.

You could have it worse.

However, the job was a joke.

After two months of working there, I realized that I didn’t have to do much. I ended up staying there for approximately one year and three more months.

You want to know how ridiculous my day was before quitting?

You are now ready…

9:00 am: I should be at work, but I was just leaving the house.
9:30 AM: Go to work.
10:45 am: Meet my friend on the private roof and have coffee for 45 minutes.
11:15 am: Grudgingly return to work
12:00 pm: Grab my lunch and go to the gym for an hour and half. Chiptotle is a popular stop for me sometimes.
2:00 PM: Return to my desk…be bored
2:30pm: For 45 minutes, go back to the roof and meet my friend… AGAIN!
3.15 pm: Return to the desk. Did anything happen? Nope.
3:30 PM: Come to my car (underground parking). Take a break.
4:00 pm: When my boss would depart. In case my boss came by on his way out, I would make sure to be at work.
4.15 pm: The boss has left! It’s time to go!

While it might sound fine on paper,…

It was awful.
So, I Quit. Insanity…Right?

I was 24 years of age and earning $100,000.

Some might call it insane. Many people did.

I had a large amount of money at that time. “authority” Blog, and it still does (it’s how you came across this page!). It wasn’t much though, just $100 per month.

Diversification was what I knew I needed.

I then created my first niche web site about different tequilas (what can you say, I’m a California boy who loves tacos & tequila). It was sold within a month.

It was not even a Tequila product.

It was a package of “potato chip chocolates” A customer had purchased after clicking my link.

It was a huge success. I earned a whopping $0.56.

I still make a little money at the tequila website, even years later…

But…it was.

I didn’t want all my eggs in the same basket on my large site. What if it never grew?

The first tequila website didn’t succeed. Although it was successful, it didn’t make enough money.

So I came back to the niche site idea in the latter part of the year.

Because my larger website/blog was not working. I was concerned I would be broke, so I moved back to California to live and work with my parents.

Talk about a nightmare. All the claims that I was crazy were…well, about coming true.

The site took off and things have turned around since then.

By that point, I had a website about living in Ukraine (UkraineLiving.com). In a matter of months, I had published my first posts.

That’s just one affiliate product.

You won’t. Scammers will promise you that you will make money. You can’t guarantee success in life and it takes hard work to achieve good results.
Can you give us an exact description of what’s inside?
Absolutely. This course has over 20 content modules. I have 12 videos on building niches.-site in real-time.
