❌ Can I cancel at any time?
Cancellation Policy – A Pathway 2.0 Member who opts for the 12-month payment option can cancel their membership at any time within 72 hours. There is a $50 cancellation fee. After 72 hours, the cancellation fee is the remainder of the agreement. All your life Pathway Membership Buy or Pay in full Pathway Memberships are final sale & there is no cancellation option for these two payment options.
? What if I don’t login for an entire month? Is it possible to get a refund?
Refund Policy – All sales are eligible for a refund Final sale For previous months, no refunds or credits are available Pathway It doesn’t matter if the student has already logged into to view the content.
? How often do I get charged?
Billing Policy – Our billing system has an automated billing system. We cannot freeze, skip or adjust the billing cycle of any member. Upon signup Pathway 2.0 Members who select the 12-month payment plan will be automatically billed every 30 days. Sign up immediately to receive a bill for those who have chosen the lifetime access or pay in full payment options.
➡️ What is the best way to get an extension?
Plan Extension Policy – Unfortunately, we are unable to add time to your plan Pathway 2.0 membership. There are no exceptions made to this policy as this simply is not a function we have on Teachable & access time is automated.
? Can this membership be renewed?
Plan Expiration Policy: Upon expiration, any TBM plan will cease to be active. No contact or action is required from you. There are currently no plans that can auto-renew.
☝️ What happens if I wish to upgrade to lifetime access
Upgrade Policy – You can upgrade to lifetime access by choosing the 12-month payment plan (payments are billed monthly) within the first month. This will allow you to get a partial refund of the first payment. You can upgrade to lifetime access if you have chosen the pay in full option and you wish to do so within the first month.
? Do you allow me to share my login?
Content Privacy Policy – All TBM content purchased, including workshops a la carte. Pathway Memberships are only for the buyer and can not be shared with anyone else. Sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited and we monitor IP addresses, login history & location, and profile history for suspected breaches of this policy.
? Why is the discount code not working?
Discount Code Policy – The pay in full policy does not apply to discount codes Pathway Pay option or the lifetime Pathway membership. Membership valid Pathway These codes can only be used for the 12-month payment plan pricing option. Coupon codes are valid only for the 12 month payment plan pricing option. Pathway Membership codes may be different from those for workshops a la carte.
