The Shift away from random growth
Conscious Evolution
The The true power of a yogic lifestyle is when you stop passively observing positive changes and instead choose to make positive changes in all aspects of your life. Intentional living can help you blossom faster and more fully.
You see yourself at the root level as a soul that has been incarnated to grow, learn and serve. Your yogic practices become a means for advancing your soul’s work in a body.
Many of us know that the signs of distress that brought us to yoga (physical and mental pain, addictions or burnout, scarcity, loneliness, etc.) are indicators that we need to pay attention to our soul and love them.-Infused power
Our on-The-The mat practice is one of the main sources of awakening energy that can be applied in all areas. However, it doesn’t stop there.
You can source this awakened energy from your meditation practice, from nature, relationships, from a teacher (or student) – and even social activism. This energy is easily accessed by the breath or through feeling reverence inside.
That’s when LIFE simultaneously becomes your practice and your expression.
8 Paths to Yoga: One Way Radiant Life
The Radiant Yogi You will be taught eight complementary paths to living a yogic lifestyle. All of them work in a complementary way. Some are ancient paths you may be familiar with, others are born of yoga’s interface with the modern world and are only now emerging.
Together, They create a sacred synergy that allows you see your life in a mandala for awakening and transformation.. You’ll approach each day yogically, whether you’re a stay-At-Mom at home, running errands and carpooling, CEO or hardworking therapist.
And if you’re a yoga teacher, you’ll not only get to revel in the many benefits personally, you’ll also be able to share them – illumining your classes with new inspiration, clarity and wisdom. You can also be a radiant yogi, which can help your students source their own energy.
This synthesis can apply to your work, personal relationships, connection to nature – and even your activism.
Yoga is a commitment. A true yogi follows all of these paths, and lives a more balanced, holistic, grounded, and sacred life.
After exploring more fully all eight paths, you may choose to emphasize one more than others – or even live one more than others for some years. However, these paths will enhance and strengthen each other. They include:
- Hatha Yoga
- Bhakti Yoga
- Jnana Yoga
- Raja Yoga
- Karma Yoga
- Aranyaka Yoga
- Sangha Yoga
- Tantra Yoga
During the Radiant Yogi You will be able to discover the powerful gifts contained in the foundational principles, practices, and strategies of each path, and how you can combine them into a customized program.
Most practitioners start out on one path but expand their knowledge to add more. Each new path adds flavor, richness and depth to your current practice – helping it expand to encompass your entire life. Hatha Yoga, for example, can be more than just exercise and fitness. It can also lead to a deeper sense of reverence and love for the body when it is paired with Bhakti Yoga.
