Instructions for a daily practice, and an adjustment period
The Lightwork Experience This course was created by me to assist anyone who wants to improve their spiritual practice. Many people reach a point in life where they want to be more connected with themselves, others and the universe. This is the ultimate goal of the program. I will also discuss other goals in the introduction.
Lightwork is a ceremonial experience inspired by deep healing that I received after going into my subconscious to re-energise it.-Integration with my shadow. It was important to face your fears and accept your shadow. We must keep pushing forward. “undesirable” We will never feel peace if we don’t integrate with parts of ourselves deep within our subconscious. By integrating with our shadow, we can become WHOLE again, as we were before we came into this world.
Every person’s soul will split at some point (or, at least, some might split further). There are many ways to reintegrate.-I believe in merging with our souls and that Lightwork is the way to go. This will allow us to heal the wounds we are so desperately seeking.
Lightwork is a loving and happy approach to shadow work. While it requires some effort, it can be done with great love.
Students can use Lightwork to tap into their subconscious and create a ceremony in the privacy of their own homes. Students will be provided with the tools and guidance to help them prepare for this emotional experience, as well as how to integrate all that they have learned along their journey.
Lightwork will make you a better person. You will feel more confident, happier, more peaceful, more content, and more aware of who you are.
