• High Retention: High retention rates are essential for ensuring that people stay with the company for many years. It’s pointless to have a recurring revenue company if members are constantly cancelling.

• Run from Anywhere: Your business must be mobile-friendly. No need to rent expensive retail space or office space. Yes, it is possible to rent office space or retail space. “guru” As it sounds, you should be capable of running it from the shore if you wish.

• Scalibility Factor: Your business should be able expand without you needing to work longer hours. This is the problem with “coaching” Because you need to coach more people to earn more income. If you own an agency, you will need more employees.

• Feeds the Soul The business must be something I am proud of. No hyped sales, no marketing product! I want a business that I would wear on a T-shirt.-shirt and something that lights you up.

As you can see, this was a really hard one for me. Because, after all, this is about a “perfect” Business model
